Kayla Stevens is an Educational Leadership and School Improvement Consultant with more than 10 years of experience helping schools and districts improve student achievement through strategic instructional leadership, coaching, and systems development. She partners with school leaders to strengthen teaching and learning, build leadership capacity, and implement sustainable practices that drive measurable academic growth.

Throughout her career, Kayla has successfully supported turnaround campuses by designing professional learning, coaching instructional leaders and teachers, analyzing student achievement data, and implementing evidence-based instructional practices that improve classroom outcomes. Her experience spans campus leadership, instructional coaching, curriculum implementation, professional development, school improvement planning, and educational consulting.

Kayla holds a Master's degree in Counseling, an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.). Her work is grounded in research, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to ensuring every student has access to high-quality instruction.
